HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international destinations in the future.
RETURN
WHAT IS BETWA INDIA’S RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resell able condition. Please visit our Returns page for more information.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To start a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they’ll guide you through the process.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once we receive your returned item, it usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS THAT I BOUGHT ON SALE?
Yes, sale items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return conditions (unused and within 3 days of purchase.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BETWA INDIA ACCEPT?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and cash on delivery (COD).
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS FOR A SINGLE ORDER?
Currently, only one payment method can be used per order. You can choose from the available options at checkout.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER USING CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes, we offer a COD option for all orders. You can select COD as your payment method during checkout, and you’ll pay the delivery person upon receipt of your order.
ORER CHANGES & CANCELLATION
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to accommodate changes. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please reach out to customer support immediately for help with cancellations. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS ALREADY SHIPPED, BUT I WANT TO CANCEL?
If your order is already on its way, cancellation is not possible. You can return the item once it’s delivered, following our return policy.
HOW CAN I MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change of address. Please contact our customer service team immediately with the updated information.
